At Watermelon Apparel, we want you to love your fresh new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to receive a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn apparel back into its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
